Work/Thoughts/Humbug


Here are early photographs for my final color project. I want/need to work on countenances, and composition through the patterns/colors I use. So far I feel confident that I can successfully finish this series and am hoping  that after 5-7 more shots, each portrait/bed will maintain their personality and individual flair. I'm not worried about this class, but I am a bit worried about the printing for Kyle's class.

Originally I wanted to present through a book but I lost track of time and don't have too many quick, inexpensive, and tasteful options. The motion of flipping through my images still remains in thought so I think I will have a small stack of pictures for people to go through? Bah, that doesn't seem complete though.

I still need to process and scan a few more rolls. In this race to finish, time has seemed to loop me once again. Whatever happened to procrastinating procrastination? Bah.

    The last two images are the best for me, the lighting is well done, the use of color is great and compliment each other, and the composition is also strong. The first image not so much, I'm not feeling her look and the lighting is not as magical as the last two.
    Those last two images are wonderful, I love them love them!!!! I remember the black and white series you did for Marks class!!
